YOUR COLOR "HOMEBASE" QUESTIONNAIRE

1. These questions are based on your "natural" coloring (in your prime.)

2. Print out this Questionnaire and fill in the squares that apply to you.

3. Be sure to mark every single trait that could possibly apply to you, regardless of section.

4. The section that has most marks indicates your Homebase Category; the section that has  second most marks indicates your secondary Inter-season Influence.

5. Divide the Questionnaire in half down the middle, the side that has the most marks indicates whether you need Soft-Dusty-Balanced-Colors or Intense-Clear-Balanced-Colors.

HELPFUL HINTS:

Your hair may be warm brown (#5 Autumn) but is also very dark appearing (#6 Winter) — so, mark both.

You may have light overall coloring, but your eyes appear quite dark or you may have have dark appearing eyebrows — this means you have greater degree of contrast so mark these items in #4 Dark Winter.

If your skin, hair and eyes are all more medium in value (otherwise, you do not have dark and light contrast,) and your coloring is softer, mark this in the #5 section.
